A project manager is assigned to every Compuboss project. The project manager agrees the objectives, specifications and timescales of the job with the client. This is then transferred into writing. The project manager will also be first point of contact for the client during a project, making sure that milestones are kept to and that the client's thoughts and feelings are relayed to the development team. This means projects are delivered on time and within budget.
